Athletics:
Olympic Games: Sydney (2000) Atlanta (1996) for Rupert Murdoch's award winning Sky News TV Barcelona Olympics in 1992 for BBC Radio. Mark Spitz, Maurice Green, Marion Jones and Carl Lewis are just a few of the numerous big names he has interviewed.

Boxing:
Ringside for big international bouts on TV and Radio, one of his personal career highlights was meeting childhood hero Mohammed Ali. Working for Sky TV News, he also covered Mike Tyson's release from jail in Indiana.

Cricket: 
BBC Radio Test Match Special Team, Ashes and Cricket World Cup.
 
Golf: 
Interviews with Tiger Woods, and other international superstars from the PGA Tour. Sport and personality pieces with Tiger including the influence of his family, particularly his father. Other influences in interviews with John Daly exclusively revealed his addictions at Royal Birkdale, and when a young Darren Clark topped The Open leader board Darren got on a bike and cycled more than a mile through the traffic in Scotland for Saggers to interview him!

Coverage of Wimbledon has included interviews with Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi, and the Williams sisters. Tennis bad Dad Damir Dokic met his match in Mark when he lost his cool at Wimbledon. Dokic was banned for life for the altercation that made front page news all over the world.
