Conrad Humphreys- Dealing with isolation and leading remotely

On Wednesday, 15th April we were joined by triple round the world yahtsman Conrad Humphreys. 

Conrad delivered a webinar in which he drew on his experiences from his various expeditions including the Channel 4 show 'Mutiny' with Ant Middleton in which he and 8 other crew members recreate Captain Bligh’s celebrated open boat voyage after the mutiny on HMS Bounty in 1789.

Conrad's challenges have allowed him to teach others on how to sucessfully lead remotley. Even in the toughest conditions, leadership can be applied well, and can actaully be applied to many situaitons.
