Caroline Criado Perez OBE is a best-selling and award-winning writer, broadcaster, feminist campaigner, and speaker. Her talks focus on the data gender bias and how it affects organisations and prevents a world that is inclusive for everyone.

Caroline is the author of the #1 international best-seller, INVISIBLE WOMEN: Exposing Data Bias in a World Designed for Men (Chatto & Windus, Abrams, 2019), highlighting the systematic biases behind the data and assumptions impacting our everyday lives. It is the winner of Financial Times Book of the Year Award 2019 and the 2019 Royal Society Science Book prize. 

Caroline’s notable campaign work includes: getting a female historical figure on Bank of England banknotes, Twitter/X to introduce a “report abuse” button on tweets, and the first statue of a woman (Millicent Fawcett) erected in Parliament Square, London.

Created an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours 2015, Caroline has received the Liberty Human Rights Campaigner of the Year award, and Finland’s HÄN award for promoting equality. Her podcast Visible Women was chosen by The Guardian newspaper, as one of the 20 best podcasts of 2022.
